ECNEPHIAS reveal upcoming album details

ECNEPHIAS - Ecnephias

Italian extreme dark metallers Ecnephias have revealed the first details of their long awaited self-titled 5th full-length album. “Ecnephias” is scheduled for release on February 16th, 2015 via My Kingdom Music, who recently signed the band. With “Ecnephias” the Lucanian band comes back with a milestone of dark metal rich of influences going from dark rock to extreme and melodic metal of bands such as Paradise Lost, Moonspell, Rotting Christ, Type O Negative. Their personal mix of black, doom, heavy and Gothic metal will reach here new apices for the most mature, powerful and nevertheless melodic album ever released by the band. The band has already presented the official cover artwork by Francesco Gemelli and the album tracklist, as well as a short teaser that you can watch below.                 

Mancan, mastermind of the band, comments in this way the deal: “The agreement between our band and the veteran indie label My Kingdom Music is a new start for us, challenging and rewarding. Every request was carefully considered and answered. Above all, our band has been treated with absolute respect.
