American black metal band Crafteon has just released its debut full-length album “Cosmic Reawakening“. Crafteon was conceived by vocalist and guitarist Lord Mordiggian in 2012 in Denver, Colorado. As a teacher of literature and aficionado of horror, Lord Mordi aspired to write an album based on the works of his favorite author, H.P. Lovecraft. Italian extreme metallers Voltumna will release their third full-length album “Dodecapoli” on October 20, 2017 via the Greek label Sleaszy Rider Records in jewelcase, vinyl and digital format. “Dodecapoli” is the band’s most extreme experience dedicated to the history, the mythology and the wizardry behind the Holy Confederation of the 12 old Italic cities. The band has revealed the cover artwork painted by Marcelo Vasco, who did a unique work, inspired by the lyrics of the 12 tracks. Folk metal band Ceolskog, the personal project of singer and guitarist Adam Helliwell from Hamilton, New Zealand presents it’s new song “Red Rocking Chair” from its upcoming album, scheduled for release in 2018.
Ceolskog’s style is a cross between traditional folk music, particularly Celtic and Nordic, and heavy metal. Russian sci-fi Metal group Sunwalter have announced 5 dates across Europe to celebrate the release of their brand new and second full-length album, entitled “Alien Hazard“. The album will be released worldwide in all digital formats and CD edition on September 15th, 2017 via the Latvian label Sliptrick Records. “Alien Hazard” will be their first full length release since their debut in 2013, “SETI Evidence“.
