Born in the shadow of the brooding Yorkshire hills, a new symphonic black metal project, under the name Kull, was forged by four members of Bal-Sagoth (all except for Byron), together with Dyscaphia’s guitarist and composer Tarkan (vocals in Kull). The band is recording its debut album at Wayland’s Forge Studio. Everything is composed by Jonny and Chris Maudling, so fans of Bal-Sagoth will not be disappointed. The band is also able to finally announce its first confirmed live show, which will take place at Warhorns Festival in York! In their official Facebook and YouTube pages in the links below you can listen to an excerpt from a brand new demo track. It’s less than one minute, but it’s more than enough to whet your appetite!!
Line-up:
Tarkan Alp – Vocals
Chris Maudling – Guitars
Jonny Maudling – Keyboards/synths
Alistair MacLatchy – Bass
Paul “Wak” Jackosn – Drums
